How do I create an infographic?
Import a product (by photo or via a supplier-page link), click "Generate" — AI creates the card in a couple of minutes. Not happy with the result? Describe the change in text ("lighter background", "move the logo left"), or regenerate with the same settings.
How much do credits cost?
You get 10 free credits on sign-up. Plans: Start (100 credits — 790 ₽/mo), Standard (350 — 2,590 ₽/mo), Pro (1,000 — 6,990 ₽/mo). See the Billing page for details.
What's the difference between Flash and Pro?
Flash (2 credits) — fast generation, good quality. Pro (3 credits) — maximum quality, more detailed cards.
Can I get credits back for a bad generation?
Credits are not refundable for generations, as AI resources are consumed during processing. If you're not happy with the result, try adjusting settings or instructions.
How do I import a product by link?
Click "Add product" → "By link", paste a URL from a supplier page. Supported: Sima-Land, Gala-Centre, and other platforms.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact form, message us via Telegram bot @sozdai_app_bot, or email support@sozdai.app. We respond within one business day.
What happens if I upgrade to a more expensive plan?
The new plan activates immediately. Remaining credits from the old plan are preserved and added to new ones. The full price of the new plan is charged. A fresh 30-day period starts today. Remaining days of the old plan are not refunded.
How do I downgrade?
On the "Plans & Payment" page pick a cheaper plan and click "Downgrade to…". You continue on the current plan until the end of the paid period. On the auto-charge day the plan switches. Warning: all credits at the moment of change will be reset — use them before that date.
Can I cancel a scheduled downgrade?
Yes, at any time before the change date. On the "Plans & Payment" page in the "Downgrade scheduled" block click "Keep …" — the downgrade is cancelled and the plan continues as usual.
How can I earn bonus credits?
Two ways:
- Invite a friend: in your account → "Invite a friend". Send your link; when your friend buys a subscription they get 15% off and you get +30 credits. Details — Referral program.
