How do I create an infographic?
Import a product (by photo or via a supplier-page link), click "Generate" — AI creates the card in a couple of minutes. Not happy with the result? Describe the change in text ("lighter background", "move the logo left"), or regenerate with the same settings.
A game appeared while my card was generating — what is it?
While the AI is drawing your card (usually 15–60 seconds), you can play a mini-game in place of the upcoming result: a runner, snake, a box tower or "Catch the orders" — a random one each time. Playing is optional: if you don't touch it, the card appears on its own as soon as it's ready. If you're playing at that moment, the game pauses and shows the finished card — press "Show me" or "Keep playing". Your best scores are stored in your browser. To turn games off, use the "Hide games" link in the game window; to bring them back, use "Show games" on the waiting screen.
How much do credits cost?
You get 10 💎 free on sign-up — images made with them carry a sozdai.app watermark that disappears after any payment. Plans: Lite (30 💎 — 249 ₽/30 days), Start (100 💎 — 790 ₽/mo), Standard (350 — 2,590 ₽/mo), Pro (1,000 — 6,990 ₽/mo). See the Billing page for details.
What is the watermark on my images?
Until you have paid for anything, finished images carry a sozdai.app watermark. Any payment — a subscription or a one-time pack, even the 299 ₽ Mini — removes the watermark from all your images at once, including ones already made: nothing needs regenerating. Under each result there is a "Remove watermark — from 299 ₽" button: it takes you to the Mini pack checkout and brings you back to the same page. The original photos you upload are never watermarked. Can I pay without a subscription?
Yes. Besides monthly plans there are one-time credit packs: 30 for 299 ₽, 90 for 750 ₽, 300 for 2,390 ₽, 900 for 6,990 ₽ — the bigger the pack, the cheaper the credit. No subscription is required — you can buy a pack on the free plan too. A single payment, no card saved, no recurring charges, and purchased credits don't expire. See One-time credit packs.
Do subscription credits carry over to the next month?
No. On renewal the subscription balance resets to the plan's full volume — the unused remainder is not added on top. Credits from one-time packs are not affected by renewals. If you consistently have a large leftover, a cheaper plan plus packs for peak months may fit better.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in several cases: a technical failure, a double charge, and a refund for a fully unused pack within 14 days of purchase (if not a single credit from it was spent). Full terms — in the refund policy; requests — via support.
What's the difference between Flash and Pro?
Flash (2 💎) — fast generation, good quality. Pro (4 💎) — maximum quality, more detailed cards.
Can I get credits back for a bad generation?
Credits are not refundable for generations, as AI resources are consumed during processing. If you're not happy with the result, try adjusting settings or instructions.
How do I import a product by link?
Click "Create" → "By link", paste a URL from a supplier page. Supported: Sima-Land, Gala-Centre, and other platforms.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact form, message us via Telegram bot @sozdai_app_bot, or email support@sozdai.app. We respond within one business day.
What happens if I upgrade to a more expensive plan?
The new plan activates immediately. Remaining credits from the old plan are preserved and added to new ones. The full price of the new plan is charged. A fresh 30-day period starts today. Remaining days of the old plan are not refunded.
How do I downgrade?
On the "Plans & Payment" page pick a cheaper plan and click "Downgrade to…". You continue on the current plan until the end of the paid period. On the auto-charge day the plan switches. Warning: subscription credits at the moment of change are lost — use them before that date. Credits from one-time packs are kept.
Can I cancel a scheduled downgrade?
Yes, at any time before the change date. On the "Plans & Payment" page in the "Downgrade scheduled" block click "Keep …" — the downgrade is cancelled and the plan continues as usual.
How can I earn bonus credits?
Two ways:
