10 credits for a survey

When your balance drops below 2 credits, we'll offer you a short survey. Fill it in and we'll add 10 bonus credits with no expiry.

Why we ask

We want to know who Sozdai fits and who it doesn't, and why. We read every response — they decide what we build next.

Criticism welcome. An honest "I needed something completely different" is worth more than a polite "it's fine".

The rules

• Once per account. You can't fill it in twice.
• The credits don't expire.
• The survey only shows up if you've generated something and haven't bought a package or plan yet.
• Closed the window? You can come back to it from the Plans & billing page — there's a card with the offer.

The 20% discount

If you answer that you're planning to buy, or that the price is too steep right now, we'll give you 20% off your first purchase.

Worth knowing:

• it lasts 7 days from the moment you finish the survey;
• it works on both plans and one-off credit packages;
• it applies once, to your very first payment;
• it doesn't stack with the 15% referral discount. If you have both, the larger one applies and the referral discount stays for later.

You'll see the discount right on the plan and package cards: the old price crossed out, with the days remaining next to it.
