When something goes wrong

If something broke — start with these checks, then write to support with details.

Generation "hangs" (>60s on Flash, >90s on Pro)

First things to check:

  1. Reload the page. The result may have arrived — the page just didn't update. If that doesn't help, keep going.
  2. Check 💎 balance. If credits were deducted but there's no result — it's likely in the product gallery, just didn't return to the UI because of a timeout.
  3. Internet. WebSocket on a slow connection sometimes drops.

If it hangs >2 minutes: regenerate. If it repeats — contact support, include the product ID (visible in the URL /products/<id>).

The card came out weird

Typical cases:

Credit charged, no result

Check:

  1. Product gallery — the result may already be there.
  2. Generation history (if present in UI).
  3. Email/Telegram — sometimes a notification arrives.

If it's nowhere and the credit is lost — write in with the product ID + approximate generation time. We'll refund the credits.

"Create" button is disabled
