When something goes wrong

If something broke — start with these checks, then write to support with details.
Generation "hangs" (>60s on Flash, >90s on Pro)
First things to check:
- Reload the page. The result may have arrived — the page just didn't update. If that doesn't help, keep going.
- Check 💎 balance. If credits were deducted but there's no result — it's likely in the product gallery, just didn't return to the UI because of a timeout.
- Internet. WebSocket on a slow connection sometimes drops.
If it hangs >2 minutes: regenerate. If it repeats — contact support, include the product ID (visible in the URL /products/<id>).
The card came out weird
Typical cases:
- Distorted face/hands — a common image-gen model problem. Fixes: regenerate on Pro; simplify instructions; use a reference with a clear pose.
- Text is "off" (wrong letters, gibberish) — same thing: Pro is more stable. Pro still isn't a guarantee, accept it as a technology limitation.
- Product photo got replaced — AI "redrew" the product. Usually because it didn't have enough data. Solutions: add more photos, fill specs manually, use a template with explicit product preservation.
- Logo is gone — same mechanism, AI forgot about the element. Refine: "place the logo in the bottom-right corner, don't change anything else".
Credit charged, no result
Check:
- Product gallery — the result may already be there.
- Generation history (if present in UI).
- Email/Telegram — sometimes a notification arrives.
If it's nowhere and the credit is lost — write in with the product ID + approximate generation time. We'll refund the credits.
"Create" button is disabled
Possible reasons:
- No photo selected (wizard Step 1 or Advanced LeftPanel).
- No style selected (wizard Step 0).
- Not enough credits (visible on the 💎 badge).
- Rarely — a subscription restriction (feature gated for your plan).
Import by link doesn't work
- We support Sima-Land, Gala-Centre, a few other wholesale platforms. We don't support Wildberries/Ozon/AliExpress — those are storefronts, not sources.
- If the link is to a supported platform but import fails — the page is likely missing required structured data (selected category, missing photos). Upload by photo instead.
Can't log in
- Login via email/password, Telegram, Яндекс ID, VK ID. If one method doesn't work — try another; accounts link automatically when email matches.
