Subscriptions

Updated · 2 min read

A subscription is the way to receive credits regularly: three plans, auto-charge every 30 days, managed on the "Plans & Payment" page.

You don't have to commit to a recurring plan — credits can also be bought as a one-time pack with no subscription: a single payment, no recurring charges.

Plans

PlanCredits/moPrice/mo
Start100790 ₽
Standard3502,590 ₽
Pro1,0006,990 ₽

Per-credit price drops with the plan: Start ≈ 7.9 ₽/💎, Pro — 7 ₽/💎. For a seller generating 20+ cards a week, Pro is more cost-effective.

When you're charged

Every 30 days from the day of the first charge, via YooKassa (the linked card). Auto-charge — no surprise charges, the card is linked via a confirmed payment.

If the card has insufficient funds, the plan automatically moves to "paused" status — credits stop accruing until you attach a working card.

Renewal

On every renewal the subscription balance resets to the plan's full volume. Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the new month — if 200 out of 350 remain on the charge date, after renewal you have exactly 350, not 550. Credits bought as one-time packs are not affected by renewals and stay on the balance.

Practical takeaway: if you consistently have a large leftover, a cheaper plan will do — and one-off spikes are better covered with a pack.

Upgrade

Moved to a more expensive plan mid-period? Here's what happens:

Tip: if ≥15 days remain in the old period, an upgrade is financially inefficient — wait until the auto-charge.

Downgrade

On the "Plans & Payment" page pick a cheaper plan → "Downgrade to…". Doesn't trigger immediately:

In the "Downgrade scheduled" block you can cancel a scheduled downgrade — click "Keep N" and the plan continues as usual.

Cancellation

Cancellation = downgrade to nothing. Same logic: live out the current period, on the auto-charge day the plan simply stops. Credits at the moment of cancellation are lost (use them).
